​At NJ Thomas, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is meticulously inspected to ensure it meets our high standards. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return policy below:

 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.

Final Sale Items:

• Sale items, gift cards, and special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@njthomasjewelers.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Please include the name of your item in the subject line, and we will process the return and share return instructions. Please note that a restocking fee of 5% of the item's value will be applied.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued.
